Mesh Transform In Bone Hierarchy (Modifier)

The Modifier version of Mesh Transform In Bone Hierarchy: it applies the connected Transform to every Mesh Section selected by its tags, instead of to a single connected Mesh.
This modifier has the common modifier properties. In addition:
- Bone Name: Root bone used to select vertices. Vertices skinned to this bone or below are transformed.

Threshold Factor: Vertex influences below this value are ignored when selecting vertices. Expressed as a fraction of the total skin weight, in the range
[0.0, 1.0].
