SCPN Fusion Core v3.11.0 — minor feature release (backward compatible with v3.10.1; no public API removed, no migration needed).

Highlights

  • Control: M-4 safety-shield composition with a real constrained-PPO policy; M-1 Petri→SNN interlock with proven replay invariance and an exported proof hash.
  • Transport / surrogates: F-7 real TGLF transport surrogate fit; fastest-first dispatch tiers for the FNO turbulence, surrogate-MPC, and runaway-electron Fokker-Planck kernels; T-4 per-surrogate UQ/OOD cards with a fail-closed drift guard.
  • Equilibrium / pedestal: F-1 Solov'ev exact equilibrium suite with a published psi_N gate; F-5 PB-KBM pedestal constraint-loop tier benchmarked against digitised EPED1 references (reported as documented divergence, no parity claim).
  • Safety: T-2 safety traceability matrix generator with a fail-closed drift guard.
  • Engineering: modular-decomposition pass over oversized modules by responsibility; validation-evidence pass; pillow/click security bumps across the hash-pinned locks.

Breaking changes

None. All additions are backward compatible with v3.10.1.

Evidence boundary

The full-fidelity campaign remains fail-closed. GENE/CGYRO/GS2 nonlinear gyrokinetic parity, full electromagnetic parity, DREAM kinetic parity, mechanistic Aurora/STRAHL recycling validation, and production MPI/multi-GPU scaling still require same-case external outputs, provenance, checksums, thresholds, grid/scaling evidence, and native comparisons before acceptance.
