Upgrade to DataTables 2 in monitor

DataTables 2 has recently been released and in the announcement post, it says "DataTables 1.x is now considered end-of-life".

This is probably a low priority initiative for Accumulo since I expect things to stay just as stable for the version of DataTables 1.x that we are using. I just thought I should make a ticket for it so we can eventually upgrade.

I have not looked into how hard it might be to upgrade or what might need to change but there is an Upgrading section that might be helpful.

@Amemeda I assigned you. As a first step I would suggest making sure that the other javascript libraries we are using are compatible with DataTables 2 (namely jquery)

This upgrade is for DataTables 2.0.0, but there is also 2.1.0 and currently a version 3.1.0 released last month, do we want the newest one?
(just saw that 3.1.0 is in beta)

We should use the latest non-beta.
