Adds all keys present in the English locale but absent from Hebrew across six translation files: admin, assets, common, components, dag, and dags. Covers 60+ missing strings including deadline alerts/status, token generation UI, backfill schedule message, jobs admin table, log search, task-group documentation, forbidden-access errors, and bulk clear/update toasts.
