Adds a new howto doc page (
task-group.rst) explaining how to organizetasks using TaskGroup, including nested groups. Wires in the existing
example_task_group.pyDAG via exampleinclude, using its existing[START]/[END] markers.
This is a first, narrow slice of #52484 — scoped to one example DAG
to establish the pattern. Open to feedback on scope before extending
to additional example DAGs.
