The Polish locale had drifted behind the English source as new UI features landed, leaving Polish users with untranslated English strings in the keyboard-shortcut help, preset filters, state store views, deadlines panel and required-action review drawer. Also aligns the dashboard health label for the triggerer with the wording already used elsewhere in the locale. (cherry picked from commit 38648c3) Co-authored-by: Jarek Potiuk <jarek@potiuk.com>

The backport carried the Polish files from main, where the Dag list sort key was renamed and several features do not exist on 3.3. The sort option therefore fell back to English in the 3.3 UI, and the file kept strings no 3.3 screen can ever read.
