Introduce the operator (with deferrable mode), its EmrServerlessHook.start_session method, EmrServerlessSessionTrigger, and the serverless_session_ready waiter to start EMR Serverless interactive (Spark Connect) sessions. The hook gates on botocore 1.43.0 at runtime so the provider's dependency floor is unchanged. Includes docs, a system-test example, and unit tests.
