I don't really know how to review this other than double checking that it doesn't change any files except for content in the ballista directly.
The basic idea sounds good to me 🚀 Let's deploy it and see how it works and we can fix any issues that arise!

This is the first edition of the Ballista User Guide. It was built from the Ballista 0.8.0 release.
