[CI][Python] Pyodide import error

Describe the bug, including details regarding any error messages, version, and platform.

This is a follow-up task of #50650 .

test-conda-python-emscripten isn't failed without #50650 . So #50650 must have a problem for Pyodide build. (#50640 changes static linking related configurations.)

With #50650, test-conda-python-emscripten failed as an import error:

I think that some symbols are missing but it's not reported in the error message. So I defer this as a follow-up task.
