With collaborator role you can also trigger crossbow jobs with the @github-actions crossbow submit comment, and from my understanding you can also retry failed CI jobs (not so sure about that one, if you could confirm?). Thanks for your help!

I checked, and it looks like I can't re-run failed CI jobs.
