Adds a blog post announcing the Apache DataFusion Ballista 54.1.0 release.
This is a patch release (10 commits from 3 contributors) built on DataFusion 54.1.0, containing only backported bug fixes. The post follows the format of the 54.0.0 post but is much shorter, since there are no new features and no breaking changes. Content is drawn from the 54.1.0 changelog on
branch-54, grouped into cluster stability, task retry / shuffle memory, and planning correctness.Draft until the 54.1.0 release vote passes — the changelog links point at the
54.1.0tag, which does not exist yet (currently54.1.0-rc1). The post date may also need adjusting to the actual release date.
