Thanks @coderfender. It makes sense to add Ballista back to the list now. It was previously removed because the project was inactive a while back.

Which issue does this PR close?
Datafusion landing / readme doesn't mention ballista. This PR is to add it right along with other dependent subprojects now that we are actively developing it
