In version 2.0.4, python gateway server do not have entrypoint to change server port. users have to add config keyword `server.port` in `python-gateway.properties` by themself. We should add default key and value to `python-gateway.properties` make users change easier. close: #8642

搭建完成服务启动成功状态下web界面资源中心及项目管理界面创建文件及目录正常，但再次编辑文件无法保存，新创建的目录也无法删除，看不到明显的日志报错信息
