Summary

BREAKING CHANGE: Convert the legacy STM32 F1/F2/F3/F4/G4/L1 port to the concrete family selectors while keeping the shared STM32 selector hidden.

Legacy STM32 family selector Kconfig symbols were split by concrete STM32 sub-family. Out-of-tree defconfigs and code must update CONFIG_ARCH_CHIP_* selections to the new family-specific selectors.
