Clickable cache summary

At the top of the main dashboard in Traffic Portal, there are summaries of the caches:

• Healthy
• Unhealthy
• Online
• Reported
• Offline
• Admin Down

It would be neat if I could click those numbers and be taken to the caches page with a filter configured to show just those caches. I can get that information normally, so this isn't critical, but would be a nice bit of "polish" to make the dashboard that much nicer to use.

In addition, it would be great to have similar stats for each CDN type (OTT, etc)
