TP: Generate ISO view won't resolve

Current behavior:

Clicking on the Generate ISO menu item does nothing.

Expected / new behavior:

Clicking on the Generate ISO menu item should display the form required to generate an ISO.

Minimal reproduction of the problem with instructions:

1. Click on the Generate ISO menu item

This is due to a leftover restangular dependency. Easy fix. I'll take it.
