This Bug Report affects these Traffic Control components:

Current behavior:

The Trafic Monitor Integration Tests GitHub Action shows

Traffic Monitor: ERROR: towrap.go:410: 2022-03-11T22:04:01.300139017Z: failed to write CRConfig backup file: open /opt/traffic_monitor/crconfig.backup: no such file or directory

many times, even when the GHA passes. For example, in this workflow run, the error shows up 1362 times.

Expected behavior:

We should have that error.
