ASN test fixtures seem to be broken #7033

@srijeet0406

Description

@srijeet0406

This Bug Report affects these Traffic Control components:

  • Traffic Ops

Current behavior:

Add the following section to the v4/v3 test fixtures file:
{ "asn": 1111, "cachegroupName": "topology-mid-cg-01" }
Run TOSession.GetASNS().
The results that come back are:

{1111 originCachegroup 18999 145 2022-08-22 17:48:28-06} {8888 originCachegroup 18999 143 2022-08-22 17:48:28-06} {9999 originCachegroup 18999 144 2022-08-22 17:48:28-06}

This is incorrect.

Expected behavior:

The ASN and cachegroup as specified in the fixtures file should be returned.

Steps to reproduce:

As explained in the Current Behavior section.
