What does this PR (Pull Request) do?
This PR removes the old
comparetool stack. That tool was intended to aid in rewriting API endpoints from Perl to Go, and now that Perl implementations of the API have been removed, it no longer serves a purpose.Which Traffic Control components are affected by this PR?
