What does this PR (Pull Request) do?

Which Traffic Control components are affected by this PR?

  • Ansible roles

Does not require documentation, updating roles to be compatible with API 3.0 endpoints

What is the best way to verify this PR?

This PR needs to be verified using Ansible implementation playbooks that leverage roles in infrastructure/ansible

If this is a bug fix, what versions of Traffic Control are affected?
