Run CiaB as normal. Confirm the tests work by running
docker-compose -f docker-compose.traffic-portal-v2-test.yml build && docker-compose -f docker-compose.traffic-portal-v2-test.yml up. Finally verify test results are in the/junitfolder in the container.PR submission checklist
