This PR adds a parameter for remap_stats to each of the cache profiles of CDN in a Box.

Which Traffic Control components are affected by this PR?

  • CDN in a Box

What is the best way to verify this PR?

  1. Run CDN in a Box, wait for

    docker-compose exec trafficops curl -I edge.demo1.mycdn.ciab.test

    to return a <400-level response

  2. Verify that

    docker-compose exec edge cat /opt/trafficserver/etc/trafficserver/plugin.config

    includes remap_stats.so
