Direct Pro installation

Currently to install Up Pro in CI etc you need to first install the OSS version and up upgrade. This is typically only an extra ~5s or so, however it would be ideal to simplify this.

Btw up upgrade seems broken on 0.4.6-pro. Everytime I run it, it upgrades to 0.4.6-pro.

@kaihendry damn! You're the master of finding these things hahaha. I think I found the issue there, next release should show the "No updates available" correctly if you're on the latest, little tricky to test since this issue is with the build system itself
