This is a tiny release making 2 backwards-compatible bootloader changes to:

Allow user bitstreams to load things from thumbdrives into psram before they start (i.e - without needing to spin up the USB core themselves). An example of this is added in src/top/wavplay.
- wavplay is a toy example - for real thumbdrive audio action, see #179 which is available for testing but still being worked on.
Add support for apfbug/rp2040 newer than beta5 (whilst retaining support for older versions).
- You may (optionally) update your rp2040 firmware to beta6 by using the build here
