Added support for Xcode 16 folders instead of groups by using a branch of XcodeGen. This will be updated to an official version of XcodeGen once the pull request has been approved and new version has been released.

In XcodeProject.yml:

options:
    defaultSourceDirectoryType: syncedFolder
