Moved some of the logic being done during database lookup to back end code (eg Pattern altitude, base type, beacon type etc) Added code to display remarks from airportremarks table for a given airport
Added code to handle cross-referencing tables via the LandingFacilitySiteNumber key

This branch adds AWOS, airport remarks, APP/DEP frequencies etc to A/FD tab
AWOS are no longer objects, just a table lookup
