This draft contains the Windows launcher and its public-source payload. It does not contain a compiled game, generated translation code, extracted assets, or any game content.

The launcher now watches for unexpected exits, prepares a privacy-safe diagnostic ZIP, and opens a prefilled GitHub crash report. Local crash dumps are never attached automatically.

Requirements:

  • Windows 10/11 x64
  • DirectX 12-capable GPU
  • About 25 GB free disk space
  • A personally dumped USA retail MS-2505 disc image

Current limitations are documented in the README. The launcher is not code-signed yet; verify the archive before running it.
