• Dashboard port fallback — if 8422 is taken (Hyper-V reserved ranges), falls back to 18422/28422 segments; actual port recorded in data\dashboard-port.txt

Windows 10/11。安装版直接运行；便携版解压后运行 kynoptic-tray.exe；从源码构建需 Rust stable (MSVC)。

Performance

Measured (reproducible via BENCHMARKS.md): 0.41% of one core at idle, ~16.5 MB RSS, ~238 ms startup, 336 bytes/event, p95 < 50 ms on a 1M-event database.
