Retrospective‐Sprint 1

Isabella Acosta Pareja edited this page Mar 5, 2025 · 5 revisions

In this first sprint, we started the elevator pitch by simulating the completion of the reading of a book, which captured the attention of the audience. Then, we presented the different sections of the deliverable, highlighting the requirements along with their prioritization type, the backlog, the weekly meetings and the progress of the project. From this first session, we can affirm that:

What should we continue to do (best practices)?

We should continue to modify the prioritization of requirements and we should improve the verification criteria for each requirement.

What should we start doing (process improvements)?

We should start looking for a database that has a wide variety and quantity of books for a useful and efficient search.

What should we stop doing (problems and bottlenecks)?

We must improve coordination and make sure we communicate any changes to keep the team aligned.
