Retrospective‐Sprint 2

During this sprint, we perform the elevator pitch and present the progress of the project according to the requirements established for delivery. We also show the corresponding diagrams, ensuring a better understanding of the development.

What should we continue to do (best practices)?

• Continue to research and refine the recommendation generation process using AI to improve accuracy and customization.
• Maintain constant communication within the team to align expectations and resolve queries in a timely manner.

What should we start doing (process improvements)?

• Work on improving the design and aesthetics of the website to provide a more engaging and functional user experience.
• Establish more structured code reviews to ensure higher quality and avoid errors in integration.

What should we stop doing (problems and bottlenecks)?

• Avoid disorganization in the management of repository branches, making sure to follow a clear and documented structure.
• Stop planning in an unstructured way and improve the organization to meet the established deadlines.
