Operation G.H.O.S.T

Last JConfig version tested : OperationG.H.O.S.T_2020_01_09

Usage :

  1. Unpack the game and Jconfig files, and run the JconfigOG.exe

  2. Set your Start, Service, and other buttons as needed in Jconfig.
    DemulShooter will handle Axis and gameplay buttons so you can leave them empty.

  3. Go to JConfig Settings and make sure Mouse Active is unchecked.
    This does not prevent DemulShooter to work but if the mouse is active it will stay captured in the window and it may be disturbing later if some kind of wrapping/full-screen program is created.
    This is my preference but it’s optionnal...

  4. Still in JConfig Settings, make sure JVS emulation is checked.

  5. Open the gs2.ini file and change the following lines to :
    EnableJvs=1
    EnableAMLib=0
    EnableInputDevices=0

  6. Run DemulShooter for this system:
    DemulShooter.exe -target=ringwide -rom=og

  7. Just play the game, no calibration is needed.

Controls :

RingWide Controls
ROM LEFT CLIK MIDDLE CLICK RIGHT CLICK
og Trigger Change Weapon Action & Reload

Misc. Notes :

  • You can sassign a separate key for the ACTION command in DemulShooter_GUI

  • Operation G.H.O.S.T is working without JConfig. Just open the gs2.ini file and change the following lines to :
    EnableJvs=0
    EnableAMLib=0
    EnableLedBoard=0
    EnableInputDevices=1

You can then run the game (the original gs2.exe) as a standalone, without the need of JConfig.

Operation G.H.O.S.T original keys control are :

Keyboard Key(s) Action
CTRL+F1 Coin
ENTER Start P1
NumPad [+] Start P2
Y Service
