v0.2.0

The highlight of this release is the vector configuration functionality introduced in #18 thanks to @natemacfadden. Although vector configurations don't have the full range of options available for point configurations, they are a very exciting addition and they already offer very useful functionality.

Apart from that, there are no major changes. Support for Python 3.9 was dropped.
