Open Pstack 1.10.2 enables worker local checks

Writers can run suitable local checks, repair failures caused by their edits, and rerun the affected checks before returning. The parent retains independent acceptance and Git mutations. File-only writers request a validated check handoff.

External Claude writers use session-scoped sandboxed Bash, with no unsandboxed escape or allowed network domains. Writer dispatch requires Claude Code 2.1.285 or newer. Tool guidance and invocation flags share one rendered ownership contract across prompt transports.

Cursor baseline: 0.15.5, commit 12d587dfb20741cafc376c42c696c5f6e2a64487. Adaptations and exclusions. Previous tested release: v1.10.1.

Validation: PR #104 records 765 passing Bun tests, strict typechecking, static/plugin/maintenance/documentation checks, GitHub CI, and exact-candidate installed checks in Codex and Claude Code. Native Sol and Opus workers and external Opus and SWE-2 workers demonstrated a failing baseline, a scoped repair, a passing recheck, and independent parent acceptance. Negative checks covered outside-directory writes, blocked network access, and sandbox startup failure without an unsandboxed retry.

Release checkpoint 7ca71ebd4cb8252c4bbbcaa2234857401c223151 has the same packaged plugin tree as tested candidate b5a5ff7504af9e7d26dcea4645e27e910defe2c8. Both tested installations loaded 1.10.2 and matched the candidate's 213 packaged files.

Known limits: strict Git confinement remains unsupported; unconfigured file-only providers were verified only at a synthetic handoff boundary. SWE-2's exact CLI model argument was recorded, but its backend model identity was not reported. The independently tracked Devin incomplete-export issue #60 remains unresolved. Copilot review was quota-limited and supplied no approval.
