Open Pstack 1.12.0 adds poteto-help

Incorporates Cursor Pstack 0.15.10 at 4e5b1cf2ccb0ea3716f08c8ee0a5856b5ab93536.

Changes

Adds poteto-help for setup, skill selection, and troubleshooting. It answers help questions without starting the work and routes actual work requests to poteto-mode. The shared skill uses this distribution’s Codex/Claude invocation, model policies, optional providers, and startup controls, with links to the owning documentation. Cursor-only guides and Custom Mode instructions remain excluded.

Validation

PR #114 records 766 passing Bun tests, strict typechecks, static/plugin/documentation/maintenance checks, CI, and independent source review. Real Codex and Claude Code sessions exercised setup guidance, skill selection, help-versus-action behavior, and the host-specific subagent documentation link. The installed candidate matches 217 packaged files. Help fixtures preserved configuration; both action fixtures changed only the requested text file and verified its exact bytes.

Claude initially returned overload errors; the same-model retry recovered. Copilot was quota-limited and provided no review. These fixtures verify guidance and a trivial action, not new provider entitlements, setup writes, startup-hook firing, or full review panels. Adaptations and exclusions document the port.

Follow the update instructions. Main remains the installation source. Previous tested checkpoint: v1.11.0.
