1.15.0: goal restatement and concise visual catch-up

Adds /in-your-own-words for manual goal restatement and short visual /ketchup catch-up. Incorporates Cursor Pstack 0.15.23 at c86f349b102feb91f1966f8a6a60882a4e601b50, with this distribution's adaptations and exclusions. Cursor commit ce649c0, landed during final checks, is a separate pending adoption.

Also adds debugging-signal guidance and portable workflow updates for completed-worker synthesis, review pagination, fenced plans, scoped worktree auditing, and application readiness from empty data. Saved provider/model routes and spending policy remain unchanged.

PR118 records both-host installed-candidate validation and independent exact-head review. CI passes the full test suite, strict typechecks and repository checks. All224 package files match the tested checkpoint; release package tree is 5c5721540358daf6ef91f6add14e4277a46ae510.

Known limits: fixtures do not establish provider diversity or blind candidate evaluation, and generated analysis retains the documented wording/attribution caveats. Readiness checks prove the supplied stand-in rather than broader production setup. Claude's protected skill-directory write required an authorized parent registration step, followed by native Skill loading and real journeys. Additional Agent Plugins root-format discovery remains deferred. Copilot review was unavailable; independent review supplied the acceptance verdict.

Installation follows tested main. Previous tested checkpoint and rollback is v1.14.0; use the rollback instructions. Existing tags are immutable.
