Open Pstack 1.16.1
Ketchup now explains changes with existing pictures and useful diagrams, summarizes independent statuses with bullets, and keeps action items as plain grouped bullets. Choices use a visual comparison when they are not already pictured. Visuals are excluded from the prose word limit; tables still count.
This patch incorporates Cursor Pstack 0.15.25, checkpoint 6ce45c59b9301a638c1fe1a7b8dc2a82b650898f, through PR #132. The shared Codex/Claude skill keeps manual invocation, actual-human anchoring, read-only scope, explicit UI authorization, and distinctions between implemented behavior, proposals and unknown effects. Model descriptors, efforts, fallback chains and spending policy are unchanged. Sharpen and in-your-own-words were already included in earlier releases.
Validation covers all950serialtests, strict typechecking, static/manifest/plugin/documentation/ledger checks, exact-head CI and independent reviews. Both real native hosts exercised the installed candidate, with actual Claude Skill invocation and Codex installed-body loading. All233packaged files match the candidate.
Known limits: the examples use supplied current-chat digests and an existing diagram; no full native-history reconstruction, screenshot capture, frontend rendering or video playback is claimed. Initial choice-table responses were retained as failures and corrected instructions produced visual comparisons. One final Claude reply still repeated an option detail, recorded as a response-quality limit. This does not claim universal wording adherence. Autopilot format reuse leaves its authorized workflow running.
The previous immutable v1.16.0 tag is the rollback checkpoint. This compatible patch follows the owner-authorized Cursor catch-up increment policy. Source dispositions and adaptations are in the release-pinned ledger and UPSTREAM.md.
