Cursor baseline: 0.15.5. Pull request #41.

Claude workers and setup skip the separate auth-status command because startup refresh can consume a token without saving its replacement. Authentication happens in the task. Known API environment guards and the empty settings-source list under apiSpend: deny remain, but Claude billing type is explicitly unverified. Other providers retain their checks. See the recorded exception and reproduction.

Known limits

Claude billing route remains unverified. Known environment guards remain, but they are not a zero-charge guarantee. Setup persistence was not exercised.
