BeagleY - Fix Patch warnings and add PWM/DSI/Arcade Overlays

This commit adds some missing features on BeagleY and especially focuses on the GRS Build-a-Cade use case for demos.

1. Fixes patch reference warnings for Kernel 7.2 RC4
2. Adds support for PWM fan via overlay (Compatible with Pi 5 cooler)
3. Adds Waveshare 4.3" DSI Display overlay
4. Adds GRS Build-A-Cade GPIO overlay
5. Adds missing console rotation flag for beagle kernel

How Has This Been Tested?

• Boot and functionality tested on Trixie 7.2 RC4 Upstream on life hardware
