docs/INDEX.md· Snapshot commit:8739d34fda50
Updated: 2026-08-14
This is the single navigation point for the Life in Days product, design, architecture, delivery, research, and governance documents.
Current status: The Phase 1 planning package and P0 execution-control package are published. Live issues and Project fields/views passed two zero-mismatch verifier snapshots; the generated Wiki was published separately and verified from a fresh clone. The directly activated Goal governs any later execution through a five-seat council and a per-task P0 Definition of Ready. The roadmap remains 58 work packages across P0 and R0–R10; all 58 six-artifact task dossiers are drafts and Incomplete/Hold, zero tasks are Ready, and zero have executionAllowed=true. No implementation release is Done. The R0 shared-host spike retains its historical In-progress roadmap status but is restricted to readiness/control documentation; no private-host probe is authorized. Deployment is Unknown — private read authority pending. Historical G0/G1 documents remain provenance. No implementation, credential collection, paid evaluation, provider configuration, infrastructure mutation, deployment, recovery exercise, or production verification is implied by the planning baseline, artifact generation, P0 publication, or Goal activation alone.
| Document | Purpose | Current role |
|---|---|---|
| AI Agent Operating Contract | Mandatory same-change workflow for keeping the manifest, GitHub issues, Project roadmap views, issue map, Markdown plan, Excel workbook, and running log synchronized. | Repository-wide instruction for every AI agent; evidence and authorization gates remain controlling. |
| AI Agent Resource Index — 2026-08-14 15:10:39 IST | Timestamped AI boot sequence, authority model, GitHub links, roadmap fields and views, milestone and 58-item task navigation, resource map, tooling, cautions, hashes, and complete tracked-file inventory. | Orientation snapshot only; current source documents and live GitHub evidence remain authoritative. |
| Codex Goal Prompt — P0 Requirements to Private Production | Copy-ready autonomous execution contract covering the 71 active P0 requirements, same-worktree continuity, five-role execution council, release loop, GitHub/Excel/Wiki synchronization, running-log cadence, production evidence, and non-delegable owner gates. | Directly activated on 2026-08-14; the current public-safe interpretation is the P0 execution authorization below. Activation is not implementation or deployment evidence. |
| P0 Execution Context Digest | Historical 2026-08-14 19:51 IST pre-publication repository, Git, GitHub/Project/Wiki, architecture, requirement/task, unknown, and next-work snapshot. | Provenance only; use the P0 control review and GitHub Project sync runbook for current publication/parity state. |
| P0 Execution Authorization | Reconciles the activated Goal with historical authority, routine R0–R8 delegation, private deployment authority, and human-only acts. | Current execution authority beneath direct owner decisions. |
| P0 Execution Council Charter | Five-seat membership, RACI, vetoes, release cadence, evidence, privacy, and naming controls. | Current execution governance. |
| P0 Execution Decisions | Dated decisions for authority, naming, R4, Health, prototype queue, containment, Wiki, and next work. | Append-only execution change control. |
| P0 Task Definition of Ready | Requires task-bound Product, Architecture, Design, QA, Delivery, and Council artifacts before substantive work. | Current start gate for all 58 canonical issues. |
| P0 Task Artifact Register | Machine-readable artifact paths, hashes, scenario IDs, owner actions, readiness, execution scope, and council disposition. | Canonical task-dossier readiness source; currently 58 Incomplete and zero execution-authorized. |
| P0 Task Readiness State | Editable task-level readiness/council overrides consumed by the dossier generator. | Change-controlled input; empty until an exact task passes specialist review. |
| P0 Task Work Items | Six P0-prefixed draft artifacts for each stable task ID. | Task-specific council inputs; generation is not approval. |
| P0 Owner Action Ledger | Public-safe inventory of all foreseeable non-delegable R0–R10 actions and opaque evidence references. | Current consolidated human-dependency source. |
| Product Council Decision Record | Reconciles Product, UX, Architecture, and Project decisions, including P0/R0–R10, evidence gates, and the shared-host baseline. | Current Phase 1 council authority beneath the global PRD and direct owner instructions. |
| Phase 1 Release Plan | Detailed 58-task schedule with milestones, dates, descriptions, requirements, task readiness, execution authorization, parent PRD/PID links, design inputs, ownership, and status rules. | Project Manager-owned delivery plan. |
| Phase 1 Roadmap Manifest | Machine-readable source for the Markdown plan, workbook, repository issues, and live GitHub Project, embedding every task dossier. | Canonical task/status/date/link/readiness projection. |
| GitHub Project Sync Runbook | Dry-run-first repository issue and Project V2 synchronization contract, schema, commands, recovery, and UI-only completion steps. | Operational publication guide; live verification is recorded separately from planning claims. |
| Phase 1 Excel Release Plan | Seven-sheet review workbook with summary charts, release plan, 58 tasks, weekly timeline, requirement map, and risks/gates. | Review artifact generated from the manifest. |
| Product Manager Review | Product framing, release decomposition, 78-requirement assignment, outcomes, risks, and task seed. | Specialist council recommendation reconciled by the decision record. |
| UX Design Review | v5 inspection, screenshots, design gaps, accessibility/privacy gates, and design traceability for all 58 tasks. | Specialist design evidence; prototype intent does not prove implementation. |
| Project Manager Review | Critical path, lane policy, Definition of Ready/Done, RAID, cadence, and GitHub operating model. | Delivery-control baseline. |
| Phase 1 Implementation Plan | Detailed architecture, domain, security, deployment, recovery, test, rollback, and work-package implementation guidance. | Technical planning authority; no deployed behavior implied. |
| Hetzner Shared-host Deployment Spike | First-party research, coexistence topology, SQLCipher/SQLite proof gates, PostgreSQL fallback, and live preflight plan. | Research/design complete; live capacity and coexistence proof remains outstanding. |
| Wayfinder Phase 1 Adoption Report | Deep assessment of the installed Wayfinder skill, Phase 1 fit, GitHub capabilities, source-of-truth boundaries, release-by-release use, risks, and a bounded R0 pilot. | Conditional recommendation only; no Wayfinder map, ticket, label, relationship, or Project change is authorized or implied. |
| GitHub Projects Roadmap Research | Deep current-capability research on Roadmap layouts, views, fields, automation, APIs, limits, and GitHub's public roadmap. | Historical research snapshot that informed the current Project model. |
| GitHub Roadmap Design Spike | Reversible eight-item pilot design, field taxonomy, view recipes, evidence policy, and operating rules. | Historical pilot design; the 58-task manifest now governs execution. |
| Shared-host Runbook | Sanitized commands, stop conditions, deployment, backup/restore, observation, and rollback sequence. | Execution guide; not evidence that commands have run. |
| Release PRDs and conditional PID | R0–R9 release-specific requirements plus date-free R10 transition definition. | Drafted planning artifacts; routine R0–R8 evidence gates are council-delegated, while named human acts remain separate gates. |
| Life Reflection GitHub Project | Status and date visualization of all manifest work packages. | Live control surface; documents and issue evidence remain authoritative. |
| Document | Purpose | Current role |

When documents disagree, use this order:
- Arun's direct decisions and corrections.
- The Product Requirements Document for product behavior and stable requirement IDs.
- The UX Specification for interaction behavior, subject to direct corrections and the PRD.
- The Phase 1 Council Decision Record for release decomposition and planning decisions that do not alter the PRD.
- The applicable release PRD/PID, Phase 1 Implementation Plan, and Phase 1 Roadmap Manifest within their disciplines.
- The Detailed Discovery Requirements, Domain Language, discovery research, and historical G0/G1 council artifacts as provenance.
Do not silently resolve a remaining conflict by choosing the more convenient document. Record it through the Phase 1 Council Decision Record and affected manifest task.
