Prototype Completeness Tracker
Canonical source:
docs/project/PROTOTYPE-COMPLETENESS-TRACKER.md· Snapshot commit:0694e7ad548d
- Created: 2026-08-14
- Owner: Project Manager agent
- Product owner: Arun
-
Baseline: Prototype v5 at commit
00e5689; feature audit at commitf74455f -
Current state: v10 Resilient Application Shell is frozen at implementation/evidence commit
ffabe0dwith freeze record497c98d; v11 Needs Date Review is released but remainsQueuedwith every gate— - Goal: Close every prototype-representable gap in the v5 feature audit through immutable, consecutively numbered prototype versions, with Product, UX, council, implementation, and independent QA evidence for every version.
This tracker governs the prototype-completeness loop only. It does not authorize or prove backend implementation, provider qualification, integration behavior, security controls, persistence, deployment, backup, restoration, or production readiness. The PRD and UX specification remain authoritative for behavior. When this tracker differs from those sources or a direct decision from Arun, the higher-authority source wins and the discrepancy must be recorded in the iteration ledger.
The prototype-completeness goal is complete only when all of the following are true:
- All 57 prototype-representable requirements classified
Partial,Placeholder, orMissingin the v5 audit have passed the package gate assigned below. - Each stable feature has produced one new immutable prototype version, in order from v6 through v35. No version number is skipped, reused, or overwritten. A failed QA result is repaired within the same unfrozen candidate; it does not consume another version.
- For every version, Product has translated the cited PRD and UX contracts into explicit acceptance scenarios; UX has supplied the required state and interaction contract; the three-role council has approved the slice before it is frozen; implementation evidence exists; and a newly assigned independent QA agent has recorded a pass.
- All 12 Outside UI requirements remain clearly separated from prototype evidence. The prototype may represent honest unverified, unavailable, failed, or blocked states, but no QA result may claim that the underlying integration, security, storage, or operational control works.
- The nine v5 requirements already classified
Fullremain intact, including all six deliberate MVP exclusions. - The last prototype passes a complete cross-version regression covering desktop and compact layouts, keyboard operation, focus, reduced motion, light/dark themes, URL/privacy invariants, no forbidden scope, and all required state families.
- The iteration ledger contains the evidence and disposition for every package, with no unresolved Critical or High prototype gap.
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
Queued |
Scope is mapped, but feature work has not started. |
PM in progress |
Product acceptance scenarios are being prepared. |
Design in progress |
UX states/interactions are being specified or reviewed. |
Council review |
PM, UX, and Project Manager are resolving the slice before implementation/freeze. |
Implementation in progress |
The new immutable prototype files are being created. |
QA in progress |
A fresh QA agent is verifying the built version. |
QA failed |
Evidence contradicts one or more acceptance scenarios; the same version remains open until repaired and rechecked. |
Complete |
Every gate below passed, evidence is linked, and the immutable version is frozen. |
Blocked |
A named product decision or dependency prevents safe progress. |
| Gate | Accountable role | Exit evidence |
|---|---|---|
P — Product acceptance |
Product Manager agent | Requirement IDs, PRD/UX citations, included/excluded behaviors, normal/empty/loading/error/interruption/destructive scenarios, and observable pass criteria are written before implementation. |
D — Experience contract |
Expert UI/UX Designer agent | Screen inventory, hierarchy, responsive behavior, accessibility annotations, exact labels, focus/Back behavior, and state transitions are agreed. Synthetic content only. |
C — Council approval |
Product Manager + UI/UX Designer + Project Manager | Three-role review records Approved, or records an explicit decision needed from Arun. Convenience is never used to silently resolve a PRD conflict. |
I — Prototype implementation |
Implementing agent | For v11 and later, new P0-index-vN.html, P0-app-vN.js, P0-styles-vN.css, P0-README-vN.md, P0-prefixed prototype note, and P0-prefixed current-run screenshots exist. Frozen v6–v10 names remain grandfathered and unchanged. Interactions change representative domain state rather than ending in a generic toast where the requirement demands a decision. |
Q — Independent QA |
Newly assigned QA agent | Current-run route/interaction checks, visual inspection, console/syntax checks, responsive/a11y checks proportional to the slice, regression of inherited behavior, scope-boundary check, and a written verdict. A developer self-check is insufficient. |
F — Freeze and handoff |
Project Manager agent | QA is Pass, evidence paths and commit are recorded, this tracker is updated, and only then does the next version move from Queued. |
Gate notation in the registers is — (not started), IP (in progress), A (approved/passed), F (failed), or B (blocked).
These decisions reconcile older written specification language with Arun's later direct prototype decisions. They govern prototype work while the PRD and UX specification await corresponding editorial amendments.
| Decision | Disposition | Consequence for prototype work |
|---|---|---|
| C-01 — Calendar labels | Approved | Follow Arun's later approved direction: Calendar image tiles contain the image without source-type or AI chips. Source, AI, and attention details appear after selection in the Museum Margin/right-side detail and in the accessible name. Today, selected, and keyboard focus use distinct non-overlay cell outlines. This supersedes the persistent-overlay portions of UX-CAL-05, UX-CAL-08, and contextual wording in LID-AIA-005; it does not weaken provenance or accessibility. |
| C-02 — Timeline versus Almanac | Approved | Keep the user-facing name and visual direction Monthly Almanac, and extend it into cross-month chronological browsing that fulfills LID-REF-002. Do not add a competing Timeline tab. The intended terminology amendment is “Almanac, the chronological timeline experience.” |
| C-03 — Navigation | Approved | Preserve the approved Calendar/Almanac switcher near Search and the collapsible local Almanac index. Treat the older persistent-left-rail wording as superseded. Management remains under Settings/More. |
| C-04 — Unresolved technical gates | Approved | Represent future, unavailable, failed, and unverified states using synthetic fixtures labeled as prototype data. Do not select a real AI model or claim a connected VoiceNotes/Telegram integration, successful backup or restore, encryption implementation, storage migration, production authentication, deployment, or operational readiness. |
Each package contains one stable feature that can be designed, implemented, and independently verified as a coherent increment. Cross-cutting behavior may be touched again by later versions, but every audit-gap requirement has one primary closure version in Section 5.

Frozen v6–v10 artifacts retain their existing names and hashes.
This is the exhaustive closure inventory derived from the audit's 38 Partial, seven Placeholder, and 12 Missing requirement rows. There are 57 rows; each has exactly one primary closure version. Open means the v5 audit gap remains unproved until that version passes all gates.

- Baseline prototype:
prototypes/calendar-ui/index-v5.html,app-v5.js,styles-v5.css, andREADME-v5.md. - Baseline prototype commit:
00e5689(prototype: add private settings suite v5). - Audit: Prototype v5 feature audit at commit
f74455f. - Audit inventory: 78 PRD requirements = 9 Full, 38 Partial, 7 Placeholder, 12 Missing, and 12 Outside UI. The audit summary's early “10 missing” value is a numerical typo; the requirement matrix and arithmetic establish 12 Missing and therefore 57 prototype-representable gaps.
- Decision: v5 remains immutable. Completeness iterations begin at v6; no baseline behavior is called implemented, deployed, secure, persistent, or production-ready.
- Project Manager created this authoritative prototype-completeness tracker from the v5 audit, PRD, UX specification, existing prototype documentation, document index, and Git history.
- Version sequence established: v6 through v20, one immutable version per feature package.
- Every prototype-representable audit requirement has exactly one primary closure version; non-frontend evidence and inherited/deferred guardrails are tracked separately.
- First releasable package: v6 Private deterministic Search, pending Product, Design, and Council gates.
- Supersedes only the version sequence and first-package scope in the preceding
tracker initializedentry; the v5 baseline, 57-row closure inventory, evidence boundary, and mandatory gates remain in force. - Product Manager decomposed the audit into 30 stable features, one immutable version each, v6 through v35. This prevents broad packages from receiving narrow QA and makes dependencies explicit.
- Product Council adopted decisions C-01 through C-04: progressive-disclosure Calendar labels, cross-month Monthly Almanac as the chronological Timeline experience, approved switcher/navigation, and synthetic truthful states for unresolved technical gates.
- Complete lexical Search moved to v21 because current/history/Trash/Suppression semantics depend on v18 through v20. V6 is now strictly Private Search State.
- All 57 prototype-representable audit rows retain exactly one primary closure version under the reconciled roadmap. The 12 Outside UI requirements remain outside prototype proof.

LID-REF-003, with truthful UI states related toLID-OPS-008andLID-OPS-016. Deployment cache/log enforcement remains externally unverified. - Included acceptance: remove legacy
qfrom the current URL without preserving it in browser history; never serialize a new query into URL, page title, local/session storage, telemetry, or referrers; hold query only in live page memory; submit and clear in place; Back/Forward must not resurrect query text; reload returns to the honest initial state; initial Search explains “Literal text, dates, exact tags, and photo captions. No AI or image search.” and contains no suggested/recent-memory content. - Explicit exclusion: exact date/tag/caption execution, match reasons, Include history, revision/Trash labels, and complete updating/error semantics are not accepted in v6; they are v21 after v18–v20.
- Experience acceptance: wide and compact layouts preserve the approved shell; the search field has an explicit label; status changes use a live region; submit, clear, Back/Forward, and restored focus are keyboard operable; personal query text is not copied into a toast or page heading.
- Prototype files: pending v6 implementation.

- This entry corrects two phrases in the preceding v6-started ledger entry without rewriting it.
- The v6 initial state explains the current literal scope—title, summary, stored topics, and displayed journal text—and explicitly identifies Photo Captions, date/exact-tag filtering, and history as v21 work. It does not claim those fields are executable in v6.
- Back/Forward never resurrects a term from URL or history state. While the same page instance remains open, the term intentionally remains in live JavaScript memory through internal navigation and is restored when returning to Search. Reload clears it.
- This clarification aligns the ledger with the approved v6 council contract and does not change the package boundary.

2c0fbf2; freeze-record heada1596ec; Council decision C-01 remains controlling. - Primary closure: the Calendar-specific
LID-REF-001audit gap.LID-REF-005andLID-SCP-004are regression-only in v7 and remain assigned to v35 and v19 respectively. - Council conflict resolution: use Product's exactly 12 textual
Jan–Decmonth buttons, immediate commit on month selection,Previous year/Next yeardraft-year controls, visible four-digit year, viewed-month selected state, visibleCurrent monthlabel, and initial focus on the viewed month. Use Design's external non-layout-shifting layered rings, progressive-disclosure treatment, breakpoints, target sizes, zoom behavior, focus/Back contract, and accessibility details. Do not implement Design's full-name month labels, draft-month confirmation button, synthetic availability summary, or initial heading focus. - Included acceptance: Calendar remains the default Monday-first
Asia/Kolkataimage-led grid; the month heading opens the chooser; a year change alone does not commit; choosing a month commits immediately, clears selected detail, updates only safe URL state, focuses Today or day 1, and announces the new month; cancel/Escape/backdrop preserve the current Calendar. Today uses a dotted external perimeter, selection a solid external perimeter, and keyboard focus an outermost dashed high-contrast ring; all coexist and remain distinct without entering image pixels. - C-01 invariant: cover tiles contain only the date and real/art image. Source, AI, and attention details appear only in safe accessible names and the selected Museum Margin; private title, caption, summary, tag, journal text, or private image description never enters the accessible name. Journal-only and quiet empty-date treatments remain.
- Required fixtures: 13 August Today/selected/real/attention; 11 August artwork-only; 6 August conflict attention; 8 August journal-only; 4 August partial media failure; 3 August empty; July empty month; September future browsing.
- Responsive/accessibility acceptance: seven columns without page overflow at 1280, 960, 700, 390, and 320 px; chooser becomes a full-width compact sheet with a 3 × 4 button grid; usable at 200% text and observed at 400% compact zoom; one roving tab stop; arrows/Home/End/Page keys/Enter/Space/Escape; focus trap and restoration; safe live announcement; no essential new text under 13 px; reduced-motion equivalence. Formal browser/WCAG/400% closure remains v35.
- Explicit exclusions: no v9 readiness, v10 state shell/retry completion, v11 date review, v19 lifecycle closure, v35 conformance claim, year mosaic, replacement Timeline, media wall, On This Day, streak/reminder, blank composer, web photo upload, or backend/production claim.
- Evidence boundary: this is synthetic frontend interaction design. It does not prove persistence, authentication, media delivery, cache/log privacy, integration, accessibility conformance, deployment, or production readiness.
- Prototype files: v7 candidate is in implementation; no completion claim.
- QA evidence: pending a fresh independent agent and current-run evidence.
- Commit: pending.
- Disposition: implementation in progress; repair any QA finding in the same unfrozen v7 candidate and do not release v8 until v7 receives an independent
Passand freeze record.
- Adversarial review identified a responsive contradiction: the Product contract retained visible title/count text on 8 August, while the Designer allowed secondary paper-tile text to disappear when seven columns become too narrow.
- Product Council clarified the contract append-only in
../prototypes/v7/COUNCIL-v7.md, Section 12. - At effective widths above 480 px, a journal-only paper tile retains date, restrained title, and journal count where legible. At effective widths up to 480 px, including 390/320 px and compact zoom layouts, it retains the date and quiet paper treatment while visually omitting title/count rather than clipping, shrinking below 13 px, or causing overflow.
- The complete safe accessible name remains
Saturday, 8 August 2026, 0 photos, 1 journal, no cover image; selection reveals full title/count/provenance in the Museum Margin. - C-01 is unchanged: real-photo and artwork-cover tiles remain image plus date only. Empty dates remain quiet date-only cells and cannot borrow the paper treatment.
- This is an acceptance clarification, not a gate reset. V7 remains Implementation in progress with Product, Design, and Council gates A; independent QA must test the clarified rule before freeze.
- Adversarial review identified that
Historical years have no arbitrary limitwas broader than the synthetic prototype's safe four-digitYYYY-MMstate contract. - Product Council clarified the contract append-only in
../prototypes/v7/COUNCIL-v7.md, Section 13. - Life in Days retains no product archive-year cap. V7 alone is representationally bounded to
0001–9999:Previous yearis disabled at0001,Next yearis disabled at9999, and invalid/out-of-range URL state is canonicalized without preserving it in history. - This is a truthful frontend representation boundary, not a production retention, ingestion, Journal Date, or storage rule and not evidence that the final date model is implemented or verified.
- The v7 QA gate now includes both edge years, disabled-control semantics, exactly four-digit display, and invalid URL canonicalization. V7 remains Implementation in progress with Product, Design, and Council gates A.
- Council approval: A;

/root/v7_independent_qa. - Test scope: Calendar month chooser anatomy and immediate commit; year-only navigation and
0001/9999disabled edges; URL canonicalization and private generic title; previous/next/Today/chooser history; Back and focus restoration; roving arrows/Home/End/Page/Enter/Space/Escape behavior; safe accessible names; independent Today/selected/focus rings; C-01 image-only cover tiles; selected Margin progressive disclosure; real-photo precedence; artwork-only, attention, journal-only paper, partial-media-failure, quiet-empty-date, empty-month, and future-month fixtures; 1280/960/700/390/320 responsive layouts; compact paper-day clarification; light/dark themes; reduced motion; zoom observations; console/syntax behavior; and inherited v6 private Search regression. - Evidence boundary checked: the result is synthetic frontend interaction evidence only. It does not establish backend persistence, authentication, storage, media delivery, cache/log privacy, integrations, deployment, formal accessibility conformance, or production readiness.

- Disposition: implementation in progress; repair QA findings in the same unfrozen v8 candidate and do not release v9 until v8 independently passes and is frozen.
- Adversarial review found that a syntactically valid
through=0001-01or a valid distant live-date target could make the literal range contract attempt to render thousands of empty calendar months. - Product Council clarified the contract append-only in
../prototypes/v8/COUNCIL-v8.md, Section 14. - For ordinary v8 fixture browsing, a declared range older than
2026-05clamps to May 2026 through safe replacement. The fictional prototype beginning remains May 2026; no pre-May nodes are rendered or indexed. - A valid live-date target outside the current safe range normalizes to a single-month window for that date (
month=<date month>, no separatethrough, safedateretained). Intervening empty months are never materialized. A distant non-live date is removed without expansion. - Jump to a distant known/fixture-empty month likewise creates one quiet target month, not an intervening range. Fixed pagination across the current archive evidence remains the August → July → June → May sequence.
- These are bounded synthetic-rendering and denial-of-pathological-work protections, not product retention, ingestion, pagination, Journal Date, or archive-year limits and not production-architecture evidence.
- V8 QA must add the
through=0001-01clamp, distant empty jump, valid distant live-date single-month normalization, non-live-date removal, bounded Back/Forward/reload/detail return, and copy-boundary checks. - This clarification does not reset approved gates. Any byte change to these four artifacts invalidates this disposition and requires fresh independent QA. - Independent adversarial reviewer verdict: Pass. Independent QA agent:
/root/v8_independent_qa; verdict: Pass. - Bounded evidence scope: current-run checks covered reverse-chronological August chapters; deterministic empty July, populated June, and populated May loads; May archive boundary; month/year Jump and edge years; bounded ancient, distant-live, distant-empty, and non-live routes; canonical Journal Day routing and exact reading-context return; hidden/Trash-only exclusion; opaque history identity and private Search regression; wide/compact responsive behavior; focus, theme, reduced-motion, zoom observations, console, syntax, and frozen-v7 regression. This is deterministic fictional frontend evidence, not an unbounded archive, data-volume, or production-system test.
- Repaired before the final fingerprint: private reading context moved behind an opaque in-memory history entry; rail, view-switch, theme, responsive, and full-day return paths gained stable logical anchors; adjacent-day navigation stopped overwriting the settled Almanac origin; modal and action-completion focus returns were made explicit; compact Read/Load/Retry/archive-end targets were raised to the required 44 px minimum; pathological ranges were normalized to bounded synthetic work. VoiceNotes/Telegram/AI may reach existing Settings boundaries; Backup and Ceremony use bounded read-only requirement disclosures rather than a false System Health implementation. - Included acceptance: default empty August 2026 Calendar under the frozen synthetic
Asia/Kolkatadate context; seven quiet Monday-first columns; exactYour archive begins here.introduction; Upload and Review readiness actions; five independent divider-based rows; no aggregate readiness score; VoiceNotes exactlife-in-daysprospective boundary; Telegram one numeric user/private-chat/compression boundary with no identifier; optional/unavailable AI without a provider; Backup Not configured/Never verified without success evidence; Recovery Ceremony always Blocked with exactly threeNot evidencedprerequisites. - Fixture matrix:
first-use/default,first-use/configured-unverified,first-use/ai-unavailable, and unchangedarchive/populated. Fixture choice is allowlisted live memory only, visibly labelledPrototype datafor alternates, resets on reload, and never enters URL, history payload, title, storage, cookies, network, logs, or analytics. Invalid state fails closed to the default. - Navigation/focus acceptance: Review readiness focuses its H2 without history churn; VoiceNotes/Telegram/AI use safe structural Settings links and exact subgroup focus; Browser Back/Forward restores the precise Calendar origin/destination; Backup/Ceremony disclosures are local and restore invoking focus; empty-date activation creates nothing.
- Responsive/accessibility acceptance: Calendar-dominant wide companion, stacked compact layout, seven columns at 390/320 px, no page overflow or bottom-navigation occlusion, portrait/landscape, 200% text and compact 400% observation, one first-use H1, semantic Readiness region/rows, full keyboard and screen-reader paths, measured focus/target/contrast checks, non-color status, restrained live announcements, and reduced-motion equivalence. Formal conformance remains v35.
- Explicit exclusions: v10 global loading/failure/interruption/session/retry states; v24 first-class System Health; v25 qualified provider/settings behavior; v32 backup/check/restore/full-drill evidence and completed Recovery Ceremony; live configuration, credentials, integration/provider calls, encryption/storage/authentication/deployment, production readiness, lifestyle onboarding, historic import, reminders/streaks/coaching/sharing, blank browser composition, web photo upload, offline mode, or semantic search.
- Evidence boundary: fictional deterministic frontend state only. V9 cannot establish connection, durable capture, backup, restore, recovery-key custody, encryption, server configuration, authentication, deployment, accessibility conformance, or launch readiness.
- Prototype files: pending v9 implementation; no completion claim.
- QA evidence: pending a fresh independent agent and current-run evidence after a stable candidate fingerprint exists.
- Commit: pending.
- Disposition: Implementation in progress. Repair every finding in the same unfrozen v9 candidate; any artifact change invalidates a prior review fingerprint. Do not release v10 until v9 receives an independent

Any byte change to these five artifacts invalidates this disposition and requires fresh independent QA. - Independent QA agent:
/root/v9_independent_qa; upload-path QA agent:/root/v9_upload_qa. Final verdict: Pass. - Current-run coverage: exact empty-Calendar/readiness copy and independent fixtures; genuine first Uploaded Journal creation from an empty archive; atomic saving/stale-callback handling; VoiceNotes, Telegram, AI, Backup, and always-Blocked Recovery Ceremony truth boundaries; Settings origin/destination focus and Back/Forward; private fixture/Search state; backup/recovery disclosures; populated v8 regression; Calendar/Almanac/full-day behavior; 1440/1280/960/700/390/320 responsive layouts, landscape, compact zoom-equivalent reflow, light/dark, reduced motion, focus, target-size, syntax, and console checks.
- Repairs before the final fingerprint included isolating first-use upload and duplicate checks from hidden populated fixtures; making the simulated save atomic and canceling stale callbacks after navigation; completing readiness accessible names; removing callback/account identifiers from inherited Settings; repairing disclosure focus entry/return; preserving the complete compact prototype boundary; and replacing contradictory durability wording with truthful temporary-prototype copy. The complete independent gate restarted after every artifact change.
- Findings at the final fingerprint: Critical 0; High 0; Medium 0; Low 0. No v9 finding remains open.
- Gates and closure: Product A; Design A; Council A; Implementation A; QA A. Package status is Complete. Only audit gap 3's first-use portion is closed at frontend-prototype level. Audit gap 3 remains open for v10's loading, connectivity, interruption, authorization-expiry, generic-error, and retry states; no numbered Outside UI requirement or recovery-evidence requirement advances.
- Evidence boundary: the result represents fictional frontend interaction intent and deterministic browser-memory behavior for the exact static files above. It does not prove live VoiceNotes or Telegram behavior, persistence, AI providers, backup, restoration, recovery-key custody, encryption, authentication, deployment, formal accessibility conformance, production accessibility, operations, or production readiness. Text-only zoom was observed through equivalent compact reflow rather than a native user-agent text-only zoom session.
- Allowed closure statement: “First-use readiness is prototype-represented with synthetic fixtures; integrations, recovery, implementation, and operations remain unverified.”
- Freeze readiness: implementation/evidence commit
ae34415binds the exact independently passed prototype bytes. The forthcoming freeze-record commit is not yet known and is not claimed here. That commit also normalizes trailing Markdown whitespace in the QA report and handoff; it does not change any of the five passed UI artifacts, so no second QA pass is implied. - After the freeze record is committed, no v9 prototype, Council, evidence, screenshot, guide, or design-QA artifact may be edited by a later package. Any v9 artifact correction requires a new append-only disposition and fresh independent QA.
- Next version released from queue: v10
PVA-005 Resilient Application Shell. Its execution-register status remainsQueued, and Product, Design, Council, Implementation, and QA gates all remain—because no v10 role has started.
- Immutable v9 implementation and evidence commit:

Only audit gap 3's first-use portion is closed at frontend-prototype level; v10 retains the interruption/failure remainder.
- No second QA pass is implied: freeze record
5a12fb2records the existing pass and normalizes documentation whitespace without changing any of the five independently passed UI artifacts. - No v9 prototype, Council contract, evidence, screenshot, guide, or design-QA artifact may be edited by v10 or any later package. Any correction requires a new append-only disposition, a changed fingerprint, and fresh independent QA.
- V10
PVA-005 Resilient Application Shellremains released from the queue but has not started: its execution-register status isQueued, and Product, Design, Council, Implementation, and QA gates all remain—. - This freeze is a fictional frontend-prototype disposition only. It does not prove integrations, persistence, AI providers, backup, restoration, recovery-key custody, encryption, authentication, deployment, accessibility conformance, operations, or production readiness.

/root/v9_independent_qa, reassigned for v10 governance; C gate: A. The reconciled contract is../prototypes/v10/COUNCIL-v10.md; root acted only as mechanical scribe after the chair's source and conflict review. - Implementing agent: root prototype agent; I gate: IP. Independent QA will be a newly assigned agent after a stable v10 fingerprint exists; Q gate: —.
- Dependency evidence: v9 independently passed and is frozen at implementation/evidence commit
ae34415and freeze record5a12fb2. Its exact five-file UI fingerprint is immutable, as are frozen v6–v8 artifacts. - Primary closure after an independent pass: only audit gap 3's interruption/failure portion at frontend-prototype level. The sole permitted statement is “The resilient application shell is prototype-represented with synthetic fixtures; connectivity, server behavior, authentication, persistence, and idempotency enforcement remain unverified.” No Outside UI requirement advances.
- Included shell family: initial loading; pending/failed Calendar month request; partial real-photo failure; persistent connection interruption; bounded unsaved-Correction interruption exercise; session ended and generic reauthentication return; empty-load and settled-request server failure; explicit guarded retry and stale-completion cancellation.
- Council priority: session ended/reauthentication; initial loading or total server failure; unsaved-leave confirmation; connection interruption; view request state; item media state; ordinary ready UI. Only one global primary recovery action may compete at a time.
- Fixture console:
shell/ready,shell/app-loading,shell/month-failure,shell/media-failure,shell/connection-interrupted,shell/correction-interrupted,shell/session-expired,shell/session-expired-with-draft, andshell/server-failure. These are visibly labelled synthetic live-memory controls; invalid state fails closed and reload returns to ready. - Interaction invariants: settled authentic content stays readable when contracted; pending month never shows old imagery beneath a new heading; media Retry keeps the same item/count/order; reconnection never auto-saves; Correction remains zero represented saves until explicit post-reconnect Retry and then exactly one; session return is generic and carries no draft/private destination; every asynchronous completion is token-guarded and stale work is ignored.
- URL/privacy boundary: inherited safe structural parameters and opaque history-entry identity only. No fixture, shell status, error, pending month, retry token, draft, source text, query, focus selector, auth state, or private redirect enters URL, title, history payload, storage, cookies, cache, service worker, referrer, request, console, logs, or analytics.
- Explicit exclusions: no complete Correction/provenance lifecycle (v15/v16), durable Upload (v14), provider failure strategy (v23/v27), System Health/storage/backup/recovery proof (v24/v31/v32), or full access/security boundary (v34); no credentials, offline/cache/sync, queued writes, automatic retry, silent fallback, deployment, durability, production accessibility, or production-readiness claim.
- Responsive/accessibility acceptance: 1440/1280/960/700/390/320 plus compact landscape and zoom observations; complete wrapping; no horizontal overflow or covered actions; seven Calendar columns; 44 px compact primary targets; one concise shell live region; hidden skeletons; logical retry/dialog/session focus; both themes; reduced motion; non-color status.
- Prototype files, current-run captures, independent QA disposition, exact hashes, and implementation commit: pending. V11 remains queued and is not released until v10 independently passes and is frozen.
- Disposition: Implementation in progress. Any finding is repaired in the same unfrozen v10 candidate; every UI-byte change invalidates a prior review/QA fingerprint.

- Repairs before the passed fingerprint included deterministic operation cancellation; focus and reading-position preservation; truthfully coordinated connection/Correction failure; exact draft/caret retention; persistent single represented Correction; private session/loading boundary cleanup; modal/file-read race guards; state-priority and fixture-console truth; responsive recovery/action visibility; dark primary contrast; and the 700 px journal-title boundary. LID-OPS-018close. No Outside UI requirement advances, and v15/v16, v24/v31/v32, v34, and v35 retain their assigned lifecycle, operations, security, and formal-conformance responsibilities. - Allowed closure statement: “The resilient application shell is prototype-represented with synthetic fixtures; connectivity, server behavior, authentication, persistence, and idempotency enforcement remain unverified.”
- Evidence boundary: fictional deterministic frontend interaction and exact static bytes only. The pass does not prove connectivity, server responses, durable writes, authentication/Cloudflare enforcement, idempotency beyond the page, deployment, formal accessibility conformance, operations, or production readiness. The automation backend auto-handled the native
beforeunloaddialog and capped requested page scale at 3×; draft non-resurrection and 640/320 compact reflow equivalents were independently observed. - Freeze readiness: implementation/evidence commit
ffabe0dbinds the exact passed bytes. This following documentation-only freeze record does not modify any v10 UI, QA, handoff, Council, guide, or evidence artifact and does not imply a second QA pass; its Git identifier is recorded by the next append-only tracker entry. - No v10 prototype, Council contract, evidence capture, guide, handoff, or design-QA artifact may be edited by v11 or a later package. A necessary correction requires a new append-only disposition, a changed fingerprint, and fresh independent QA.
