Contrack 2.0.2 fixes connector authentication handling so failed remote credential checks never sign out the browser session, surfaces the IMAP server's actual refusal message instead of Command failed, and saves new mailboxes when an IMAP server is temporarily busy or down for maintenance (#245, #246, #247).
Fixed
- Connectors & session handling (#245, #246):
- Only treat
401 UNAUTHORIZED(or an unlabelled401) as an expired Contrack session in the browser API client, keeping route-specific401codes (INVALID_CREDENTIALS,CONNECTOR_AUTH_ERROR,PASSKEY_VERIFICATION_FAILED) as form-level errors without logging the user out. - Return HTTP
400 CONNECTOR_AUTH_ERRORinstead of401when remote connector credentials fail validation duringPOST /api/connectors/test,POST /api/connectors, orPATCH /api/connectors/:id, while still transitioning background sync failures onConnectorAuthErrortoneeds_reauth.
- Only treat
- IMAP error messages & temporary server refusals (#245, #246, #247):
- Surface the IMAP server's human-readable
responseText(or response code) instead ofimapflow's genericCommand failedmessage whenLOGINor connection commands are rejected. - Classify RFC 5530 temporary
LOGINresponse codes (UNAVAILABLE,INUSE,LIMIT,SERVERBUG,OVERQUOTA) and Gmail connection-limit alerts (Too many simultaneous connections) as503 CONNECTOR_UNAVAILABLErather than wrong credentials, saving the mailbox inerrorstate to retry on the next sync interval and clearing the error state once a password check succeeds.
- Surface the IMAP server's human-readable
