Contrack is a self-hosted personal CRM for the people in your life and work: friends, family, colleagues, founders, and collaborators. It brings your contacts from every source into one network, keeps a timeline of what you talk about, remembers birthdays, anniversaries, and custom milestones, and shows you each morning who needs your attention. It runs on your own machine, and AI is optional.

- Getting started: install Contrack, add your people, and learn the main screens
- Contacts: the Network list, the contact page, notes, dates, follow-ups, lists, tags, archive, and trash
- Pulse and tracking: choose who to keep up with, track milestones, read the score, and work through each day
- Search and Ask Contrack: the command palette, filters, questions in plain words, and note search
- Map: see your network by place, and select people to act on them
- Duplicates: find and merge contacts that are the same person
- Import, sync, and export: bring contacts in from files, calendars, mail, and Google, and take them out again
- AI: what AI does, how to connect a provider, how to research contacts, and how to turn AI off
- Keyboard shortcuts: every key, by page
- Accessibility: keyboard, screen reader, motion, and text size support
- Self-hosting: install, remote access, backups, upgrades, and troubleshooting
- Accounts and sign-in: sign-in, passkeys, API tokens, and administration
- Privacy: what the server keeps, what leaves it, who can see what, and what a delete removes
- Configuration reference: every environment variable and setting
- Contrack vs Monica: single-file SQLite, automated connectors, local hybrid search, and MCP compared with Monica
- Contrack vs Clay: self-hosted privacy, local semantic search, and intentional tracking compared with Clay
- Contrack vs Folk: relationship timelines, Pulse, and zero seat limits compared with Folk's spreadsheet CRM
- Contrack vs Twenty: personal and professional relationship management compared with a B2B sales pipeline CRM
- Contrack vs Huly: a single SQLite relationship manager compared with an all-in-one microservice workspace
- Contrack vs EspoCRM: a calm daily habit, Smart Paste, and local search compared with a traditional PHP business CRM
- Contrack vs Nextcloud Contacts: interaction timelines, stay-in-touch cadences, and local search compared with a CardDAV address book
- MCP and API tokens: connect Claude, Cursor, and scripts to your CRM
- REST API reference: every endpoint, with examples
- Architecture: how the system fits together
- Contributing: set up, test, and ship a change
- Brand kit: the corvid, the lockup, and the colors
