transportd updated from 1.2.4 to 1.3.2. This includes
- New retryAfter logic
** Servers may return 429 with or without a Retry-After header directive. When such a header is included we honor it (as we have before this release). When such a header is omitted, we use an exponential backoff starting with an initial wait of 20ms (which is what this release introduces). - Optional principal logging via a configurable header in the accesslog component

Update to latest transportd version
Changes HTTP code from 5xx to 499 for cases when client drops connection or times out.
New template function: reduce
Adds a new custom template function to be used for Lambda requests/responses. Target use case is joining path params but it can take any map[string]string and join all values with the character "/"

Update with new version of transportd that will remove confusing -1 status code.
