Changelog

Added

  • Export PDF on a meeting page: saves the notes as date-time-title.pdf (e.g. 2026-09-25-1430-Weekly-standup.pdf) with the same Markdown rendering as the app, including tables, task lists, code and links; an existing file is never overwritten.
  • Settings → Notes → PDF export: choose the save folder (Downloads by default) and whether to include the timestamped transcript.

Fixed

  • Copied Markdown now includes each action item's priority and plain-text status updates, which were previously dropped.
  • The Google Calendar icon shows its tile, folded corner and "31" again instead of a solid square, in both themes.
  • Re-syncing or regenerating notes no longer leaves duplicate pages in Notion: the meeting's previous page is moved to Notion's trash once the new one is created.

Changed

  • Back from a meeting returns the Dashboard or Meetings list to where you were scrolled, and Meetings keeps its search and filter; the top-bar tabs still open pages at the top.
  • The meeting toolbar's Notion control is one pill marked by the Notion logo, with "Open" and a labelled "Update" that confirms before replacing the page, instead of an unlabelled Notion logo button.

Setup

Windows App

  1. Install the Windows .exe from the Assets section below.
  2. Open MeetMind -> Settings.
  3. Under System Dependencies, click Download & Install FFmpeg to automatically install required audio binaries.
  4. Choose your Transcription Service:
    • For AssemblyAI (Recommended):
      • Paste your AssemblyAI API key.
      • (Optional) Add a short prompt to fine-tune behavior for English/Malayalam meetings.
    • For Google STT: Enter your Google Cloud API key and Project ID.
    • For Sarvam AI STT: Paste your Sarvam AI API key
  5. Configure Audio Devices (System + Microphone) and run a quick test recording.

Browser Extension

  1. Extract the meetmind-extension.zip archive
  2. Open Chrome -> chrome://extensions
  3. Enable Developer Mode (top right)
  4. Click Load unpacked
  5. Select the extracted extension folder

Quick Start

  1. Open the MeetMind desktop app.
  2. Join a meeting on Google Meet or Zoom in Chrome.
  3. Click the floating MeetMind overlay button to start recording.
  4. When finished, stop recording — MeetMind will automatically transcribe the audio, generate structured notes with Gemini, and sync to Notion.
