Number of calls

Calls to the Rest API are unlimited; there is no limit on quantity of calls for a given period. Nonetheless, the number of simultaneous calls is limited per user in order to guarantee consistent service levels.
Each interface user is attributed a series of slots in order to call the API. During the time that AT Internet handles the API call and sends data back to the user, a slot is used.
When a user occupies 5 slots at the same time, he or she will receive the following error message: “Authorised call frequency has been exceeded” (code 5001). The user will have to wait for one of his or her slots to open in order to call the AT Internet API again.
