Per-satellite offset memory: 每个卫星的 offset 独立记忆（SharedPreferences，key 为 NORAD 编号）
- 比如 RS-44 填过 -2，下次打开自动填入 -2
- 切换卫星互不影响，未填过的卫星保持空
