World Intelligence 0.11.0 — AI Command Center
World Intelligence 0.11.0 is the first released domain experience designed to make ACE’s Intelligence Operating System tangible.
AI Command Center
- Launch the shared Atrium experience and follow a durable Connect → Map → Watch → Brief onboarding journey.
- Explore 43 governed resources spanning seven admitted AI source lineages and seven publisher roots.
- Start from a reviewed 72-source AI universe covering models, independent evaluations, economics, reliability, open research, security, policy, capital, compute, talent, patents, procurement, adoption, and executive narratives.
- Read the flagship policy shift through a visual What changed / Why it matters / How we know / When it changed grammar.
- Inspect exact citations, lineage, unknowns, and source limitations behind the Brief.
The concrete intelligence
Executive Order 14409 moved from publication to reported implementation: a later White House release says GOLD EAGLE began accepting and prioritizing identified cybersecurity vulnerabilities. The Command Center distinguishes that reported operating milestone from what remains unknown or independently unverified.
Boundaries
The release uses reviewed recorded captures. It does not claim network freshness, autonomous refresh, independent corroboration from publisher count, general AI-market completeness, recommendation authority, or publication authority. Proposed sources remain proposals until separately admitted through a reviewed connector.
Requires ace-core>=0.8.1,<0.9. The optional Federal Register/publication connector remains a separate reviewed 0.4.0 artifact.
