My Notebook 1.9.0
My Notebook 1.9.0
We are gradually adding the editing features a notebook genuinely needs, a steady, careful expansion rather than a pile of half-finished extras. This release focuses on writing and structure.
New in the editor
- Tables: insert a table and edit it inline. Click a cell and a small toolbar lets you add or remove rows and columns, toggle a header row, or delete the table.
- Links: select text to add or edit a web link, or remove one.
- Blocks: one-click quote, code block, and horizontal divider.
- Markdown shortcuts at the start of a line: "# " for headings, "- " for bullets, "1. " for a numbered list, "[] " for a checkbox, "> " for a quote, triple-backtick for code, and "--- " for a divider.
- Alignment (left, center, right, justify), indent and outdent, superscript and subscript, and clear formatting, grouped under a More menu.
- Find and Replace now highlights every match, shows a match counter, and has a match-case option.
- A live word and character count.
- The formatting toolbar is reorganized into logical groups.
Installing over an existing version never touches your notes.
