The found Victor Cortez hiding here in his office. He says that Brooks is after him. He knows that Brooks killed Jorge Novo in the factory fire, but does not have enough evidence to prove it.

He says he has the address of Leticia at home but is scared of going back. The investigators persuade him to return there with them to get the address that evening.
