Handle update of Roon to Version 1.8

Updated older python 2.7 compatible version of Pyroon used by plugin with fixes from Pyroon 0.0.32 to handle Roon 1.8 Update.

Ideally would use the 0.0.32 version of Pyroon but Python 3 but not yet supported by Indigo.

Was version 0.3.6 but now 0.3.7 to fix an install problem.

Bug Fix + New Feature

Fixed a bug where The Ousput device wasn't getting its volume state updated amongst other states.

Added new feature (set via the plugin Config) to display the playing track in the Indigo UI Notes field.
